The following are excerpts from transcripts of arbitration hearings where Ms. Adams was the Umpire; party and company names have been redacted due to confidentiality agreements:

A 2005 Hearing:

Counsel for the Claimant: "First of all, I will thank the panel for the way the hearing was conducted. It was done very professionally, and it was a credit to our efforts to resolve disputes in a professional manner. I think is actually - she (company representative) had an opportunity to see one that works the way it is supposed to work, and it has been a very professional procedure so far."

A 2006 Hearing:

Counsel for the Claimant: "First, I want to thank the panel for running this hearing in a very efficient way. I think there has been some contentiousness between the companies and even sometimes between the lawyers but I think this panel has kept it really in order and this is about as smooth a running an arbitration I have ever seen except for the way we handled some of these exhibits online. Other than that I think it was really very well run. I appreciate it."
