What are the costs for Estate Planning?
Costs are determined on a case by case basis depending upon the unique circumstances of each client. The cost for preparing Estate Planning documents is usually arranged on a flat fee basis, while legal services for Trust Administration are completed on an hourly fee basis. Attorney fees for Probate are fixed by law under probate code section 10810.
Do you make house calls?
Yes - The attorney will make house calls for clients with mobility problems. Please call our office for an appointment.
