What are the costs for Estate Planning?
Costs are determined on a case by case basis depending upon the unique circumstances of each client. The cost for preparing Estate Planning documents is usually arranged on a fixed fee basis.
Do you make house calls?
Yes - The attorney will make house calls for clients with mobility problems. Please call our office for an appointment.
What are the costs for Trust Administration?
Legal services for Trust Administration are billed on an hourly fee basis.
What are the costs for Probate Services?
Attorney fees for Probate are fixed by law under Probate Code Section 10810.
What are the costs for other services?
Other legal services are billed on an hourly or fixed fee basis depending on the service required.
